Sterilizer + Filler + Capper
The multiple-function equipment has the capability of sterilizing, washing, filling and capping . It is widely used to fill various fruit juices, tea and other hot fill beverages. At the same time it is also can be used to fill pure and mineral water, and it is easily adjustable in order to adapt to a variety of bottling productions, from 250ml to 1500ml.
Sterilizing
1) The empty bottle is blown into the bottle shifting wheel.

2) When the flushing clamp reaches the bottle neck, the jaw will clamp the bottleneck.
​
3) UInder the guidance of the rail, the clamp will turn the bottle 180°into an upright position, through second bottle pusher into the washing position.
4) The entire unit contains 16 sets of clamps that are rinsed by sterilizing ozonated water at the right temperature.
Filling
The filling part is mainly composed of a filling valve and filling transmission parts.
1) The washed bottle reaches the filling position via the bottle shifting wheel. In the mean time, the bottle clamping plate of the filling machine will clamp the bottle and move up to seal it.
2) The filling valve will open. Filling pump sends the liquid into the bottle.
3) When the bottle is full, the liquid will be recovered into the liquid return tank through the liquid return hole.
4) The filling valve body rises, and the bottle is sealed at the same time, while the liquid in recycling pipeline continues travelling into bottles due to the Siphon principle until the bottle of liquid reaches a predetermined height level, and the Siphon phenomenon stops .
5) The full bottle will be sent to the next capping position . No bottle - no filling.

The entire machine contains 12 sets of filling valves.

Capping
The capping part consists of 6 sets of screw heads, a capping transmission part, a sorting part and under cover tube parts.
1) The bottle which has finished filling will enter the capping position via the driving wheel.
2) The photoelectric detection of the detecting signal feels that there’s a bottle that needs capping, and sends a message to the valve cover.
3) The cylinder cap will open, and the caps will be blow into the cover plate by compressed air.
4) The screw head which has magnetic torque will come down when it gets in line with the bottle cap.
5) The rotary cap ring gear seizes the cap and moves forward. The cap lids the bottle and screws on tight.
6) When the torque out-numbers the adjusted magnetic, the capping head will automatically slip, thus protecting the cap from being damaged by the rotary cap ring gear.
7) Bottles that have finished capping will be transported by the bottle pusher to the conveyor belt.
